The mitt helps to exfoliate the skin while the natural soap cleans and nourishes. 

Directions: Wet the mitt before scrubbing over your wet skin in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly. Avoid eye area. 
 
Once soap is exhausted, a new soap of your choice can be inserted into the mitt.
